On the verge of Spring Equinox, our guests gathered for a homestead maple tree tapping + maple syrup tasting, bites & drinks!

Set at Smokey Belles Catskills, Le Petite Cabine in Narrowsburg, NY. We learned how to identify the sugar maple tree (Acer Saccharum) along with hands-on tapping old fashioned practices and simple sap boiling.
